Wendel’s True Foods have been creating natural baked goods using family recipes along with a dedication to wholesome, natural and local foods since 1997 in Wendel’s Bookstore & Café, located in historic Fort Langley, British Columbia, east of Vancouver.
Diane Morrison, owner and general manager, offers a specialty product line of baked goods using only the finest all-natural ingredients and without preservatives. Wendel’s True Foods first focuses on making great tasting products made with simple real ingredients and then offers different varieties for different dietary needs.
We met Diane and learned more about Wendel’s True Foods at the Canadian Health Foods Association conference in Vancouver BC.
